A massive “Celebration” is the best way to describe Winter Jam rolling into Norfolk, Virginia’s Chartway Arena at Old Dominion University March 18th. With the pandemic finally easing in Southeast Virginia, there was a lot of hugging going on between Christian music fans for the first time in nearly two years. A sense of excitement, anticipation and relief filled the venue.
