Performers for The 53rd Annual CMA Awards have been announced and there are a couple of major connections to Christian music in the list. Dolly Parton will perform with both for KING & COUNTRY and Zach Williams.

Acclaimed husband and wife Christian music singer/songwriters and worship leaders Brad + Rebekah return with the single and video release of “Rejoice,” a personal worship anthem borne from a season of pain and uncertainty. Written by Brad + Rebekah, along with Kristene DiMarco and Joshua Silverberg, the song came to life during Rebekah's battle with cancer in 2018.

South African singer/songwriter and pianist Jessica Dalla Torre is set for the global release of “You Want My Heart,” the single from her debut worship album, Into Your Heart, that will impact radio stations on the November 1, 2019.

Fresh off of sharing another aspect of her larger-than-life talents as a red-carpet correspondent for TBN at the 50th Annual GMA Dove Awards, Christian music pop powerhouse vocalist Blanca, who is of Puerto Rican descent, has received her first-ever Tecla Award nomination in the category of Best Musician Creating Social Content. Recognizing Blanca as a trailblazer within social media, the Tecla Awards celebrate the Hispanic community’s top influencers.

Fairtrade Services' Christian music trio Citizen Way has announced the release of Love Is A Lion, available everywhere now. The band recently unveiled the captivating cover art and rolled out a brand new track, "Love Has Won."  Love Is A Lion's first single, "The Lord's Prayer," is off to a strong start, with 30 + stations on board just as the song begins to impact Christian radio.

The Gospel Music Association celebrated the 50th Annual Dove Awards with a sold out crowd in Nashville, TN. The special evening shined a light on Christian music and Gospel music's rich and diverse history and showcased the future of exceptional artistry.

Bart Millard, lead singer for multi-platinum Christian music band MercyMe, added another Dove Award to his long list of accolades, garnering the award for Songwriter of the Year (Artist) at the 50th Annual GMA Dove Awards. MercyMe unveiled their brand new single, "Almost Home," live during the show.

Genre-defying Christian music artist and multi-instrumentalist Crowder earned the Dove Award for Rock/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year for “Wildfire” during the GMA’s 50th Anniversary Dove Awards last night.

Following back to back successful spring and fall 2019 Imagine Nation Tours, the MercyMe 2020 Tour was announced today.  Featuring Jeremy Camp and David Leonard, the tour will run February 13 through April 5, 2020.
