All Things New: ‘The Good News’ album review

All Things New returned to their roots before writing and recording their sophomore album, The Good News. It’s easy to hear a band back in touch with their reasons for singing in the first place, when presented with the straight-forward truths couched in sing-along melodies. The title track, “All Because You Loved Me” and “Believe” are both impressive parts of an on-target whole intended to communicate the gospel and nothing more.
