Amidst the backdrop of the full-scale invasion by Russia into Ukraine, Trampolines, a renowned Christian dance music band, alongside nonprofit organization UNIT-E Response Team, embarked on a journey of compassion and solidarity across the war-torn country.

Throughout their 12-day visit, Trampolines and UNIT-E Response Team played a total of 6 shows in 5 regions and 7 cities, spanning from the western border with Poland to Kharkiv in the east, just 18 miles from the Russian border. Their performances, held in churches, town squares, and community centers, brought not just music but also a message of hope and love to a populace gripped by fear and despair.

“We haven’t laughed and smiled like this in two years,” remarked a Ukrainian driver who accompanied the band, reflecting the profound impact of their visit amidst the ongoing conflict. From the poignant words of a Ukrainian girl in Dnipro expressing gratitude for their presence to the tears and embraces shared with displaced communities along the front lines, Trampolines and UNIT-E Response Team left an indelible mark on the hearts of those they encountered.

In addition to their musical performances, the band and the nonprofit organization provided vital humanitarian aid, including food, medical supplies, and power banks, to those in need. Yet, it was the simple act of sitting with and praying for individuals that resonated deeply with the displaced populations, underscoring the significance of human connection and solidarity in times of crisis.

“We are doing this by fighting human trafficking at its source, providing emergency relief via food and medical supplies for those in need, and by bringing joy, hope, and love through ministry and Christian dance music to those in greatest need,” stated a representative of Trampolines and UNIT-E Response Team.
