Colton Dixon recently ended his 3 year hiatus from the Christian music world with the release of his new single, “Miracles.” Colton has also experienced his own personal miracle—he and his wife are having TWINS! Last week Colton was in the CCM Nashville office shooting a CCM Cafe performance of "Miracles." That same day, Colton and his wife, Annie Coggeshall, were schedule for their first ultrasound, which uncovered the amazing surprise. The couple announced the news prominently on social media; giving Colton Dixon fans a first look at “the little Dixons.”

Christian music artist Colton Dixon will perform his brand new single, "Miracles" during the Hallmark Drama channel's broadcasts of the Movieguide® Awards on February 24, 2020 at 11 p.m. EST/PST, 10 p.m. CST. The show will be available on the Hallmark Everywhere mobile app beginning February 25.

PEOPLE magazine helped share the exclusive news that Christian music artist Colton Dixon and his wife of four years, Annie, are expecting their first child together this fall. Atlantic Records/Hear It Loud have announced the signing of Christian music artist Colton Dixon to an exclusive label deal. The award-winning American Idol fan favorite and finalist will debut his first single in nearly three years, "Miracles" on January 24th.

Christian music artist Colton Dixon will join a melding of music, national parks, outdoor performances, and holiday cheer during the 97th National Christmas Tree Lighting. Featuring not only the official lighting of the new National Christmas Tree and timeless holiday tunes, the event is co-presented by the National Park Service and the National Park Foundation and will take place on December 5 at the Ellipse in President’s Park at the White House.
