Rest and Let Go  (Solid State)
by The Overseer

Rating: 4 Stars

The Overseer are back with their sophomore set on Rest and Let Go, a slightly decelerated set of songs from their debut that still makes a distinct mark on the hard rock market. “Finer Fiend” and “The Ferryman, Charon” are fine entries, while “The Structure/The Foundation” slowly builds into the album’s focal point and shows off Darren King’s tremendous rock vocal. Strong second effort.
