Second Coming (Frontiers Records)
by Stryper

FOR FANS OF: Michael Sweet, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue
Rating: 4 Stars

After paying tribute to its classic rock influences on 2011’s The Covering, it’s only fitting to find its followup Second Coming focusing exclusively on Stryper material. Though the bulk of the collection features aggressive re-recordings of past hits, a pair of new tracks (“Bleeding From the Inside Out” and “Blackened”) is helping the veterans get back into today’s game with a bang.
