Brandon McSwain: ‘The Breaking’ album review

Fans of Dave Matthews Band may remember that distinctive sonic difference at the release of their album “Everyday.” Brandon McSwain shows a similar evolution, and the resulting project titled The Breaking beholds a similar very change. McSwain’s debut solo album proves that he belongs in the big’s both as a songwriter and performer. Vocally, Brandon is as powerful as he is unique-check out “Called To Love. Showcasing his versatility through radio pop and churning rock, “Beat Of Our Hearts” comes into view and smoothly cruises as a classic “first dance” ballad. The Breaking is an amalgamation where the songwriting shines, and to experience the performances are the sweet aftertastes.
