Nashville, TN (October 2, 2020)
Seven-Time GRAMMY winner TobyMac has dropped a brand new single, “I’m Sorry,” Available across all DSP’. A lyric video for the emotional track is also available today.

“Over a year ago as I stood with my wife and a group of friends on the Arbel Cliffs in Israel, our tour guide began to recite by memory the Sermon on The Mount, completely unannounced” TobyMac remarked in an Instagram post this week. “The words of Jesus from Matthew 5, 6 and 7 struck me as if I had never read them before. I realized just how far we have strayed from what Jesus is asking of us. This (song) is simply my response, not judgement. I am deeply sorry for how far we have fallen short, and Godly sorrow leads to repentence. The church is God’s plan, and I love it…that’s why I had to write this song.” —TobyMac

TobyMac has made the most of the 2020 touring landscape that has been greatly affected by COVID-19. His Drive-In Theater Tour with The Diverse City Band has made stops across the country, with seven remaining shows this month.
