Eight-time GRAMMY nominee, Christian music Artist of the Year, and platinum-selling recording artist Tauren Wells has reached No. 1 on the Billboard Christian Airplay Chart this week with his single “Famous For (I Believe)” featuring Jenn Johnson. The song has been the chart topper for seven consecutive weeks on the Mediabase chart. Listen to the GRAMMY-nominated song, which has accrued over 50 million cumulative audio & video streams.

Wells is nominated for two GRAMMY awards—Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance for “Famous For (I Believe),” and Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for Citizen of Heaven. The 63rd GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast on Sunday, March 14, 2021, on the CBS Television Network at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.

In December 2020, Wells released Famous For (I Believe) – Collection, an EP featuring multi-genre versions of “Famous For (I Believe)” from his sophomore and GRAMMY-nominated album Citizen of Heaven. This collection showcases the global success attained by Tauren’s “Famous For (I Believe)” and features English, Spanish, and Spanish/English renditions of the track as well as Gospel, Worship and Live versions of the song.
