Los Angeles, CA (Aug. 8, 2018)
Mosaic MSC
, the cultural worship collective of Mosaic, a church movement started in the heart of Hollywood with campuses across Los Angeles, Orange County, and Mexico City, announces the release of their third career album to date and second major Essential Worship label project with Heaven. Releasing Sept. 14, 2018, the compilation is available for pre-order today featuring an exclusive pre-sale package that offers fans a special version of the album and an early access ticket code to the group’s first-ever headline tour.

Heaven releases on the heels of “Tremble,” MSC’s biggest hit single to date from their 2016 live album Glory & Wonder. The track spent 33 weeks total on the Hot Christian Songs chart and peaked at No. 19. Videos from verified YouTube channels for the breakout song have garnered an astounding 8 million+cumulative views, while Glory & Wonder itself reached No. 16 on Billboard’s Christian Albums chart.

Building on the excitement and global momentum over “Tremble,” MSC will be rolling out their debut full-length studio recording in a unique way, releasing two of its tracks on consecutive weeks leading up to the full album’s drop on Sept. 14.

Heaven features a collective of some of Los Angeles’ most talented and culturally diverse singers and musicians, including 2017Grammy-nominated Chad Copelin who co-produced Heaven alongside Mosaic Worship Pastor Mariah McManus. Copelin has engineered recordings for Christina Perri, Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Third Eye Blind, and such indie greats as Sufjan Stevens.

MSC’s signature atmospheric and electronica driven pop/rock style, paired with their ability to produce powerful worship anthems that connect to the hearts of listeners, are woven throughout the seven tracks that make up Heaven.

Mariah McManus, who grew up in the church, explains that the album’s concept allows people to understand and experience heaven in multiple ways – including as an intimate experience we can enjoy and partake in, in the here and now.

“Heaven is not just something that we’re longing for and looking to, but that we can bring on earth,” says McManus. “It’s not always about a destination and getting caught up in where we’re going, but about pulling people to where we are now. When people carry heaven with them, it looks like and manifests as peace and kindness to others.”

With over 50 million streams and 860,000 monthly listeners on Spotify in over 50 countries, the worship movement born out of Mosaic Los Angeles, continues to impact millions through their unique way of painting the musical soundscape of the current culture with their projects and shows across the globe. The group joined Elevation Worship, Bethel Music, Vertical Worship and Christine Caine on the 2018 Outcry Tour, and was featured on the 2017 Worship Night in America Tour together with Chris Tomlin.

In support of the upcoming release, MSC will embark on their U.S. headline Heaven Tour this fall along with Mack Brock, Cody Carnes and Local Sound.  Launching Sept. 21 in Clarkston, Mich., continuing through Oct. 15 in Nashville, Tenn., tickets will be available on Aug. 13 via Premier Productions. Fans can also catch MSC on two additional national circuits this summer/fall alongside Chad Veach and Sadie Robertson.
