Jaime Masetta Releases Christmas Single, ‘What Love Looks Like’

Jaime Masetta (Hudson, OH) will release to radio “What Love Looks Like” from her 2nd CD Parts of Me released earlier this year. The CD is already available online (iTunes, Amazon, etc.).

Jaime is a 20-year old American Christian singer, songwriter, and recording artist. Even though she spent the majority of her life wanting to be on Broadway, God called her to ministry in an incredible way. Raised in a religious household, Jaime didn’t have a close relationship with God until the end of her sophomore year of high school and even then, she was unsure. Through singing the youth group band at her church, Jaime started to really develop her relationship with God.

In her junior year, God was merciless and called her to the worship ministry. From that point forward she put her love and energy into leading others to Christ through music.

She began working on her first five-song EP “Stages of Hope” in 2019 releasing it in March of 2020 right before the world shut down. A year later, during the pandemic shutdown, she released her first full-length album “Parts of Me.” The album has quite a few songs that were written as vulnerable, personal prayers. This includes the title cut about trying to truly figure out who God called her to be.

“Sometimes I doubt that I’m right for this job and this ministry. When we were in that quarantine period, I spent a lot of time contemplating just that. The music I have written for this album is completely from the heart. Since releasing “Stages of Hope” I feel like I have grown so much spiritually, musically, and emotionally. I’m so glad that through this difficult time, I was able to create something that people can relate to.

My goal with my music is to have a song for every setting. Worship is beautiful in a church, but it doesn’t stay there. The songs I’ve written are for you to worship in your car, your kitchen, your living room, the gym, or wherever you need it!

I always say that if all I do is reach only one person through my music that I’ve done my job. As much as I would love for my music to spread across the world, that one person that I have helped through just reminds me that I’m doing exactly what I’m called to do. My life is my worship and I love sharing it!

This single “What Love Looks Like” reminds me that imaging Christ’s love to the world should go beyond the manger. What we see & experience during the holidays should be an everyday thing for us. As believers we are the embodiment of the true meaning of Christ’s love.”

Three singles from “Parts of Me” have been released to worldwide radio and the entire project on available on all digital outlets. Her Christmas single, “What Love Looks Like” will drop to radio again this holiday season.
