Husband and wife duo For the Fatherless have released their single “Immeasurably More (Remix).”

Brian and Christa Yak met in 2008 while studying music at Belmont University. They both know the feeling of growing up fatherless. Christa lost her father to a brain tumor when she was seven years old. A drug and alcohol addiction led Brian’s dad to abandon his family. There is healing in sharing their story. They cling to John 17:23. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me and 1 John 3:1. See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
Brian and Christa declare: “We are fatherless no more, and it’s the reason we sing.”

“Ephesians 3:20 has been a life verse for us the past few years and the season we’re walking through right now is a time to cling to God’s character as defined by scripture not by our circumstances. How would it change our worship if we believed He is ABLE to do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine because He IS immeasurably more? We hope that singing this truth will fill us with the joy that comes when we remember His power!” —Brian and Christa

‘Immeasurably More’ Lyrics:

Galaxies and governments
Are humbled in your mighty hands
Every sea and vast expanse
Magnifies Your great magnificence

You are immeasurably more
Your heart holds immeasurably more
Your hands give immeasurably more
In all that we hope for
You are immeasurably more

You’re present in your promises
And there is power where Your presence is
From the darkness of our deepest death
Faith is rising in Your radiance

You are infinitely intimate
Exponentially extravagant
Undeniably uncontainable
Overwhelming us You overflow
