D’Clario took home a Dove statuette for Spanish Language Recorded Song of the Year for her song “Donde Está El Espíritu De Dios.”

An award-winning Latin CCM artist and worship leader, D’Clario was born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico. A host of personal hardships led her to the church, where she eventually began to explore her faith through music. She was honored with a 2012 Dove Award nomination for Spanish Language Album of the Year for De Vuelta al Jardín.

Her Latin GRAMMY-nominated and GMA Dove Award-winning 2015 concert album, Eterno Live, originated the popular hashtag #EternoLive and made history by positioning itself as #3 trending on Twitter in Latin America. Last year, she released “Donde Está El Espíritu De Dios” along with the English-language version, “Where The Spirit of The Lord Is.”

Over the past year, Allegro Agencia has worked closely with D’Clario on a string of releases, including ”Donde Está El Espíritu De Dios” in the fall of 2020 and a lineup of new music in 2021, leading up to Hasta Poder Ver, her powerful album released in June. D’Clario’s music has had an extraordinary impact on her fans, as well as across the Latin Christian music world.

D’Clario wasn’t the only Latin artist to be honored at this year’s Awards. Funky, Alex Zurdo, and Redimi2 celebrated a joint nomination for Spanish Language Album of the Year for their album UNO (Heaven Music). The record, which brought together three of the most transcendent artists in the Christian urban music world today, winds together a tapestry of reggaeton, hip-hop, and trap, among other musical styles.
