Kirk Franklin recently surprised some Christmas shoppers at a Walmart in Maryland by handing out gift cards.

“I got a blessing for a lot of people and I feel like being in the giving mood,” proclaimed Franklin as he stood atop one of the cash registers, using a megaphone. “I feel like blessing some folks.”
