Out & About – Kansas

The dates just keep rolling well into 2019 for symphonic rockers Kansas, whose current line-up (Rich Williams, Phil Ehart, Billy Greer, David Ragsdale, Ronnie Platt, David Manion, Zak Rizvi) is performing the entire “Point Of Know Return” album in honor of its 40thanniversary. The multi-platinum project is best known for that title track and the immortal “Dust In The Wind,” which was originally sung by the mighty Steve Walsh and written by longtime member turned solo Christian rocker Kerry Livgren. And while we’re on the subject of Kansas, lest we not forget fellow former singer John Elefante, who continues making a faith-based blend of the classic and modern melodic rock to similarly pleasing results.
