So, I got some bad news to share, folks.

Seems CCM Magazine is making some pivots and changes to its content strategy, which means this show is not going to continue.

That news was a big bummer to me, to be sure. We’ve had more than 70 episodes with some incredible artists — and with you, the audience, too! It’s been awesome. We’ve asked questions and had conversations together that couldn’t be found anywhere else. It was good work and I’m super proud of it.

But hey, things change, y’know? And about a year ago, I was having a similar conversation with the NewReleaseToday audience as the NRT LIVE/NRT NOW show I helmed for several years also came to an end. I’ve done this before.

And I also know that I’m not even close to being done interviewing Christian artists. Stay tuned — you may see me pop up with the show again, sooner than you think.

I want to thank Salem Media Group and CCM for taking a chance on this show. I want to thank you for not only watching, but for engaging — and making a real impact on the CCM brand with your engagement. I want to thank the artists for participating and putting up with the shenanigans, and I want to thank God for the opportunity.

I hope you’ll tune in tomorrow (Thursday, March 28) for the final show — a throwback with the one and only Paul Wright.
