Folk Hymnal — “In Our Place”

I’m starting to make a habit of listening to Spotify’s New Music Friday every week now. Frankly, last week I didn’t hear a lot to get excited about. But this Friday is a bonanza of some awesome new music across multiple genres.

Folk Hymnal, describes themselves as “a collection of artists who sing theologically rich song in an accessible and attractive way.” But trust me, it doesn’t sound like something liturgical.

The song “In Our Place” is unique and clever and very good. In fact, it’s the Best Thing I Heard Today…so give it a listen.
