Jon Foreman – ‘The Wonderlands: Dawn’ album review 5.0 Overall Score Label:lowercase people For Fans Of:Switchfoot We Like:"Run Free" Jon Foreman – ‘The Wonderlands: Dawn’ album review Matt Conner October 15, 2015 The final installment in Jon Foreman’s four-EP series has arrived in the hope-filled revelry of Dawn. Following the more reflective Darkness and Shadows, Dawn brightens the horizon with six new acoustic tracks that lift the spirit. Sara Watkins (Nickel Creek) returns for the EPs single “Before Our Time,” a vibrant song encouraging the believer to live in the present in the light of eternity. “Inseparable” sets Paul’s passionate and poetic description of God’s love to music, while “Run Free” invites the listener to do just that, “Come on, won’t you run free?” Whether singing to his wife (“When We Collide”) or anyone who will listen, Foreman sings as one who has found light in the darkness, wrapping this EP series with the revelations learned along the way.
