Christian music singer and songwriter Michael W. Smith will bring the Christmas spirit to TV this year, hosting and performing on Christmas with Michael W. Smith & Friends. The special premieres on TBN on Friday December 11th.

“Silver Bells,” featuring the dynamic trio made up of multi-platinum GRAMMY® winners Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith, along with Marc Martel, has taken the No. 1 spot at national Christian radio this week. The re-imagined version of the 1951 Christmas music classic climbed to the top of Billboard’s Monitored AC and Mediabase AC Christian charts.

Power vocalist Marc Martel releases his new album of Christmas favorites titled The Christmas Collection, featuring an All-Star cast of collaborators from Amy Grant to Michael W. Smith, Jason Gray, Buddy Greene, Plumb, Scott Mulvahill, and Ron Block (of Alison Krauss & Union Station). His new single from the album, “Silver Bells,” is a fresh new take on the classic song with Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith.

Multi-platinum, GRAMMY® winners Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith are reuniting to co-bill their popular Christmas tour this upcoming holiday season, where they will be joined by special guest Marc Martel. The show will incorporate a full symphony orchestra at each performance. Kicking off November 30 in Cincinnati, OH the seven-city tour will travel to Columbus, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Grand Rapids, MI and more.

Traditionally, the Thanksgiving holiday marks the time of year when Christian radio stations start spinning and promoting a lot of Christmas music...or even nothing but Christmas music!
