Colton Dixon: ‘Anchor’ album review

With this brand-new (and extraordinary) sophomore album, Colton Dixon is becoming known as a singer/songwriter on his own accord with that season 11 American Idol finalist tag lingering only in the distance. Of course, his massive voice is still showcased amply throughout this fresh batch of electronic rock and piano pop, alongside an unashamed emphasis on a lifelong faith that continues to mature well beyond his mere 22 years.
