Samaritan’s Purse plans to collect its 200 millionth Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift this year! It will be packed on a coast-to-coast tour by former shoebox recipient Elizabeth Groff who received her own shoebox in Ukraine when she was 11 years old. The tour hits Nashville this Wednesday, November 16, where American Idol alum Colton Dixon will join Groff to pack before she personally delivers the 200 millionth shoebox to a Ukrainian child this Christmas season.

A stellar line up of Christian artists and speakers came together on Sunday, April 19 for a special Facebook Live event, Hope Rising, in support of the relief efforts of Samaritan's Purse as they help save lives and share the Gospel during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kirk Cameron and his sister Candace Cameron Bure are co-hosting the event Hope Rising where 100% of the proceeds will go to Samaritan's Purse who has created mobile hospitals in Central Park as well as other Covid-19 hot spots around the world.

GRAMMY® Award-nominated StowTown recording artist The Collingsworth Family recently partnered with evangelical Christian humanitarian aid organization Samaritan’s Purse for "Sunday Night Worship Around The Piano," a Facebook LIVE concert from the family’s Mt. Orab, Ohio, home. More than 513,000 people have viewed the event to date, which The Collingsworth Family created to help Samaritan’s Purse raise funds for their work in the United States and around the world fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
