GRAMMY Award-winning Maverick City Music took the mainstage at the 2022 BET Awards. They performed their monster-streaming collaborative hit "Kingdom" and 16x GRAMMY winner Kirk Franklin's 1995 smash single "Melodies from Heaven." The legendary group then took the stage again, alongside Diddy and Faith Evans, to perform the duo's iconic chart-topper "I'll Be Missing You."

Maverick City Music and Kirk Franklin kicked off the 37-date The Kingdom Tour, shattering records in the process. Hitting the stage to four crowds in Miami, Orlando, Tampa and Atlanta, the group broke the record for the highest gate gross amount.

Maverick City Music has released its newest single “Bless Me” is an infectious celebration of the bounties of life as they already are—taking the time to recognize the blessings already bestowed upon you rather than those you lack. As countless unyielding voices refrain, in stacks of traditional Gospel harmonies, “we’ve got everything we need.”

Congratulations to Maverick City Music on their BET Awards nomination. They have been nominated for the Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel/Inspiration Award for the song “Jireh.”

Maverick City's Naomi Raine Drops 1st Solo Single 'Not Ready'

On Friday, June 17, GRAMMY Award-winning music collective Maverick City Music and 16-time GRAMMY winner Kirk Franklin will bring the injustices around mass incarceration—and the voices of 1,300 inmates—to center stage with the release of their collaborative album Kingdom Book 1, out June 17th.

Nominations for the 37th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards were recently announced and TRIBL Records, one of the trailblazing labels in Christian, Gospel, and Inspirational music, received 6 nominations. TRIBL’s GRAMMY-winning super group Maverick City Music earns six nominations including Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for the Billboard Gospel #1 single, “Jireh.”

TRIBL is more than a group of individuals or space, it’s the point of genesis of a new worship sound. The Tribl Nights Anthologies series is a compilation of those moments.
