Reverence: An Offering  (The Fuel Music)
by Various Artists

FOR FANS OF: Brian and Katie Torwalt, Martin Smith, Kathryn Scott
Rating: 2 Stars

This is a long compilation, packed with such diverse artists as Jenny Simmons and Martin Smith. “Sing on the Battlefield” is a pretty and uplifting worship song, whereas Kristine DiMarco’s “Believer” is nowhere near the same style. The first half of the record, well stocked with distinct songs (“Anchor,” “Shores”), will please lovers of soft, modern worship. The the latter half is confusing and lacks purpose.
