Raleigh, NC-based singer, songwriter and worship leader Justin Warren releases his third Radiate Music single, “For The Glory Of God,” today (June 2) at all major digital and streaming outlets.

Written with GRAMMY-nominated, two-time Dove Award-winning “Producer of the Year” Ian Eskelin (who also produced the track), the inspiration for the song came from an unfortunate situation in Warren’s formative years as worship leader.

“In between my junior year and senior year of high school, I was asked to lead worship at my home church,” remembers Warren. “An older lady left the church and sent a letter to everyone letting them know that she was leaving because she didn’t think that I had the ability to lead people in worship. I wrote ‘For The Glory Of God’ because I am thankful that she wasn’t the one writing my story.

“God in His grace has given me a song to sing,” continues Warren. “He has allowed me to travel and to stand on numerous stages in front of countless people. I know that it’s not because of who I am or what I can do. It is because of Him and it is all for His glory!”

Chorus:

For the glory of God thank God
He’s writing my story
for the glory of God thank God
He’s doing it for me
far beyond what I can see my wildest hopes and dreams
for the glory of God thank God
He’s writing my story

Debuting “For The Glory Of God” live earlier this year on Moody Radio Network’s “Dawn and Steve in the Morning,” Warren’s new song follows the release of his “My Heart Dances” single, its companion CCM Magazine-premiered video and his acclaimed Radiate Music debut, “All Things Well.”
