Since taking over the editorial content for CCM about 18 months ago I have been continually surprised at how many really, really good artists and groups are out there that do not fit within the traditional/historical “ccm industry” avenues of radio and retail. I’m talking about artists that have several hundred to even millions of followers, likes, streams or views.

Today, I happened to hear Robert Randolph for the first time. Mind Blown! If you have not heard of him, do yourself a favor of go check it out right now. Gospel, rock and blues sounds so good together. Don’t be afraid.

Robert Randolph & The Family Band‘s song “Baptise Me” is the Best Thing I Heard Today!

Seriously…it’s the best thing I’ve heard in a month…hands down.
