Newport News, VA (December 8, 2019)

The 12-city Chris Tomlin Christmas: Christmas Songs of Worship Tour returned to a sold-out Ferguson Center in Newport News, Virginia December 8th. Not only were guests met at the door with the smell of Christmas cookies but the sound of a brass ensemble playing Christmas favorites in anticipation of the main event.

Chris Tomlin, with guests We the Kingdom, and Jorge Mhondera, delighted the audience with beloved carols including Angels We Have Heard on High, Joy to the World, and Silent Night, complete with an indoor snow shower, gorgeous lighting, and a production that seemed to launch the audience straight into a Christmas movie set. Fans left excited about the Savior, and many vowed to make this a yearly family tradition. Take a look at the slideshow by CCM Magazine’s Annette Holloway to get a taste of a Chris Tomlin Christmas.
