Colton Dixon recently ended his 3 year hiatus from the Christian music world with the release of his new single, “Miracles.” Colton has also experienced his own personal miracle—he and his wife are having TWINS! Last week Colton was in the CCM Nashville office shooting a CCM Cafe performance of "Miracles." That same day, Colton and his wife, Annie Coggeshall, were schedule for their first ultrasound, which uncovered the amazing surprise. The couple announced the news prominently on social media; giving Colton Dixon fans a first look at “the little Dixons.”
