Reigning Amercian Music Award winner MercyMe has been nominated for this year's 2019 AMA Nomination. MercyMe won the 2018 American Music Award for Favorite Artist - Contemporary Inspirational.

Actress Bailee Madison is set to star in a new inspirational movie titled A Week Away, produced by Steve Barnett, Gabriel Vasquez, and Alan Powell. A Week Away is in the principal photography stage now and is scheduled for nationwide theatrical release in 2020.

Wednesday afternoon the Davidson County Medical Examiner's office in Nashville TN confirmed that Truett McKeehan, son of Christian music pop/hip-hop super star TobyMac, has passed away. Cause of death has not been determined at this time. Toby, who had been on tour in Canada, has returned home to be with his family.
