Jon Micah Sumrall: ‘Faith and Family’ album review

Kutless fans are likely to be both elated and alarmed at news that front man Jon Micah Sumrall is releasing his own solo album, Faith & Family. The good news is this is just a side project and not a permanent change, as Sumrall says he needed a home for songs written that didn’t fit in the Kutless canon. The tender acoustic set should please both Kutless fans who see a softer side as well as AC listeners, especially on memorable moments like “Our Hearts” and “Picture.”
