Sean Feucht ‘Wild’ Album Review 3.5 Overall Score Label:(Bethel Music) For Fans Of:Bethel Music, Chris Tomlin, Pat Barrett We Like:“Heart and Hands” Sean Feucht ‘Wild’ Album Review CCM Magazine Staff November 1, 2018 Sean Feucht Wild (Bethel Music) Worship leader, missionary, and Burn 24/7 founder Sean Feucht already had quite the resume, but he recently added Bethel Music family member to his list. Wild, recorded live at Bethel Church, is his first album as part of the famed worship collective, and it captures his passion and spontaneity in 11 stirring songs celebrating the wild love of God. This is an album that’s easy to get lost in, as the live recording allows room for songs to unwind into extended, spontaneous worship. If you like your worship music with unique or poetic lyrics, know that Wild tends toward comfortable, accessible songwriting, ready for the Sunday morning setlist. The songs loosely gather around revival themes, with a refreshing focus on justice and love in songs like “Heart and Hands” and “Still Will I Love.” Altogether, it feels familiar, but in a good way, and highlights Feucht’s gift for leading communities in song. Give Wild a try next time you need an easygoing soundtrack to prepare your soul for Sunday morning. –Jen Rose Yokel Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
