Hannah Kerr – ‘Emmanuel’ album review 4 Overall Score Label:Black River Christian For Fans Of:Abigail Duhon, Laura Story We Like:“O Come O Come Emmanuel” Hannah Kerr – ‘Emmanuel’ album review Matt Conner October 15, 2017 click to buy Hannah Kerr is one of our favorite newer singer-songwriters in the last couple of years, anchored by her strong debut, Overflow (buy). Dipping her toes into the holiday waters, Kerr has now released Emmanuel (buy), a six-song Christmas EP with four traditional songs and two new ones, including the title track and “Christmas Eve In Bethlehem.” The former is an inspiring, intimate tune co-written by Andy Gullahorn and Jill Phillips and is a warm reminder of the miracle of Christ’s incarnation. The latter is another slower number that places us all at the scene of Jesus’s birth and asks what our response would be. Fans of Overflow will enjoy this addition to Kerr’s growing catalog and her take on yuletide favorites. > SAMPLE ALBUM at AmazonMP3.com RELATED CONTENT: GIVE! | Check out the 2017 Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide click to find special Christmas gift ideas & DEALS for friends & family!
