Taking every glorious element that made all the John Hughes soundtracks so awesome, crossed with today’s towering electronic pop soundscapes, Love & The Outcome’s second long player is energy and encouragement personified. In fact, a sole listen to These Are The Days (buy) is likely to leave a lasting impression, not only because nearly all the tracks are unshakably contagious, but also due to the celebratory lyrical nature. Singer/songwriter Jodi King and bassist Chris Rademaker (who are also married to one another) sound absolutely jubilant addressing everyday matters of faith, while even those who might not share their beliefs simply won’t be able to avoid dancing their way though “Stranger” or “Ends Of The Earth.”
