Inlandia  (Gray Matters)
by Jars of Clay

FOR FANS OF: OneRepublic, Avicii, Ellie Goulding
Rating: 3 Stars

Last summer, Jars of Clay released its eleventh full-length album, Inland, to massive acclaim, picking up particular steam throughout the blogosphere. As a result, the group’s keyboardist/multiinstrumentalist Charlie Lowell tracked down some mutual admirers from the burgeoning club community to rework seven tracks that more or less sound right in the center of today’s EDM revival, even if it may take a while to grow on more acousticallyminded followers.
