Sometimes the addition of a DVD can detract from the original music, but in this case, it truly enhances it. Chris Tomlin’s live Burning Lights album is delightful to watch on DVD, with bits of humor interjected, as well as a moving message from speaker Louie Giglio. Tomlin’s piano and vocal combination on “Sovereign” is well worth the price of this special edition all by itself.
