Forevermore, Solid State’s newest signing, is going for “interesting and enjoyable” on their new album, Telos. Some tracks, such as “Force Fed,” seem longer than they are; but the precision and intensity of songs such as “Wormtongue” show the quintet’s potential. The album’s highlight is also its wildcard, as “The Wager” adds a melodic curve late in the mix.
