Thus far, Dave Barnes has yet to make a record that is not seamless, beautiful and perfectly crafted. Golden Days is no exception, showcasing even more range than he typically demonstrates. His voice is richer and more emotive. It delivers the lighthearted “Twenty Three” effortlessly, alongside his signature evocative ballads such as “All She Wants Is You.” This is a treasure trove of songs and a memorable listen.
