COR Worship Collective, based in Kansas City, is a large, diverse community of worship leaders and songwriters rooted in a love for Christ and crafting songs for the local church. Their new EP “Redeemer” is out everywhere now – featuring the single “Revival”.

Songwriter Matt Bisel describes “Revival” as a “song of the weary, those longing for God to move in powerful ways – like on the winds at creation or descending like tongues of fire at Pentecost. It’s a call for the Holy Spirit to move in and through our lives today. The Holy Spirit creates, brings people together, and empowers. And when the winds of a Holy Spirit kind of movement is ignited, it inspires new life out from the ash and cinder. Individuals and communities are brought together and together transformed.”

This spirit is found over this entire collection of songs. “Redeemer” – recorded live at the Collective’s first large worship gathering since the beginning of the pandemic – is teeming with the joy, emotion, and energy of a community reunited, worshipping God together with the spirit of freedom found in Christ.
