The 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards were handed out Tuesday night, October 17th, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee to a sold-out audience. Brandon Lake was the big winner of the night with four total awards including Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year - Artist, Worship Recorded Song of the Year and Rap/Hip Hop Recorded Song of the Year.

The Gospel Music Association (GMA) has announced the first round of performing artists for the 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards. Performers include Brandon Lake, for KING + COUNTRY, Katy Nichole, Miel San Marcos, Pastor Mike Jr., Phil Wickham, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, and Zach Williams with Walker Hayes.

The GMA Dove Awards sold-out Nashville event will be held October 17th, 2023, and will air exclusively on TBN and the TBN app, Friday, October 20th, 2023 at 8:00p.m. ET and 10:00p.m. ET. Top male nominees include Brandon Lake with eleven (11) nominations, songwriter Jeff Pardo with eight (8) nominations, and Jason Ingram and Kirk Franklin receiving six (6) nominations each. Top female nominees include Katy Nichole, who picked up four (4) nominations with Lauren Daigle, Naomi Raine, and Tasha Cobbs Leonard each receiving three (3) nominations.

Christian singer, songwriter, and comedian, Aaron Wilburn passed away Friday afternoon, November 27, 2020, and was laid to rest Tuesday, December 1, 2020, in Hendersonville, TN.
