FOR FANS OF: The Classic Crime, Switchfoot

4 Stars

After a 12-year run of striking, strong rock-and-roll releases, Anberlin has decided that lowborn, the band’s seventh album, will be its last. Fortunately, Stephen Christian and company are going out on top. “Stranger Ways” is one of the band’s strongest singles in years, a bright shadow Depeche Mode would be proud of. “We Are Destroyer” and “Dissenter” burn just as bright, giving fans a very fond farewell.
