Earthsuit | Earthsuit was a rock-rap-reggae band that formed in 1995 and performed until 2005. They are most known for their smash single “One Time” and lesser hit “Whitehorse.”

The group was a local New Orleans act until they were discovered by Sparrow Records in 1999. The signing led to their very successful label debut, Kaleidoscope Superior (buy). The debut was praised by many in Christian music and even received a Dove Award nomination.

Due to creative differences with the label, the band never really materialized after that. They released one final independent album, The Rise Of Modern Simulation. The record featured unreleased material, sessions, live practices, and a remix.

The band has never gotten back together, but keyboardist/vocalist Paul Meany went on to form the very popular band MUTEMATH.
