Chris Sligh answers some holiday questions and shares his Christmas faves...Q: What was it like recording a Christmas project, and how was this experience different than recording a regular studio album? A:
This was a little different because I got to produce it! And it's a lot different in that of the four songs on my EP, only one of them is an original, but I did completely re-arrange "What Child is This" and did what I think is a cool arrangement of "O Come, O Come Emmanuel." So, there's part of me in it...just weird that I'm doing other people's songs. I think, though, that next Christmas, the plan is to make this a full album, and I'll include more originals on that!
Q: If you had to describe your new Christmas EP in one word, what would it be? A: Different
Q: What are you most looking forward to this Christmas?A: Seeing family, having time off and sleeping. I'm good on the eating...
