The Invitation, the debut project from new female vocalist and worship leader, Meredith Andrews, has entered iTunes’ “Top Christian & Gospel Albums” chart at #1. Additionally, four songs from the CD, which released this week, are currently in the Top 100 of iTunes’ “Top Christian & Gospel Songs” chart.

As worship leader at Chicago’s 12,000-member Harvest Bible Church, Meredith Andrews has already performed in front of tens of thousands across the country. She has shared the stage with well-known artists such as Jeremy Camp, Building 429, and Bebo Norman, and recently completed the 30-city “Whispered and Shouted” tour with 2007’s “New Artist of the Year,” Aaron Shust, along with Brandon Heath who was recently named 2008’s “New Artist of the Year.”
