When it comes to discovering and empowering the very best Hip-Hop acts around, recording in the studio, hosting events or on tour, few know their craft better than DJ Morphiziz.
"The main focus is on impacting people about God's love, to be effective in sharing God's word via music and culture". DJ Morphiziz was born in Chicago and has lived in Los Angeles, Anchorage Alaska and Guatemala. South Florida is where he currently resides.
He started DJing in middle school and having already embraced Hip Hop, DJing only involved him more into Hip Hop culture. In early 1995, he received Christ in his heart and God performed a metamorphosis in his life.
He later met a Christian rap group called 1Way and through prayer, with the Lord's guidance; joined 1Way. Shorlty after DJ Morphiziz also joined the group Descendantz, where He contributed his DJing and music production skills to both groups.
In addition to 1Way & Descendantz, he has worked as a youth leader, a sunday school teacher, a workshop leader and speaker.
DJ Morphiziz is a recording artist signed with Beatmart Recordings (Beatmart.com), distributed by Provident/Sony BMG. He has released 2 national albums with Beatmart Recordings (Best of the submissions Vol 1 & 2) and is set to release His third album summer of 2006.
DJ Morphiziz has been a part of various events nationally & internationally and was also nominated for a Dove award in 2005. In 2003, DJ Morphiziz earned the title Regional DJ champion for the 2003 "Gutar Center Spin Off Competition". This national competition was sponsored by Guitar Center, Numark, XM Radio and K Swiss shoes. He took 2nd place in the 2003 Winter Pro Am DJ Battle in South Florida. In Summer 2004 he toured on the Shout Fest 04 tour. In 2004 he toured with Aquire the Fire "Keep it real" Winter/Spring 2004/2005 tour
In 2005 DJ Morphiziz was honored by having His debut album "Best Of the Submissions mixtape Vol 1" nominated for a Dove award for best Rap/Hip-Hop Album of the year.
In Spring 2005 He DJ'd and hosted the BEC / Tooth and Nail Recordings "X TOUR " with Hawk Nelson, Seventh Day Slumber, Falling Up and KJ52. In Summer 2005 He toured with Shout Fest 05 tour. In Fall 2005 He toured on the Kutless "Strong Tower Tour"
In 2006 he toured with Aquire the Fire "Run to the Battle" Winter/Spring 2005/2006 tour In 2006 he toured with Funky in Latin America and Europe.
Currently He is touring with recording artist Funky and DJ'ing / hosting individual dates at festivals, out reaches, camps, youth rally's and Christian clubs.
DJ Morphiziz is working on the forth coming DJ Morphiziz Mix Tape CD releases. In addition, shortly we will see the launch of the DJ Morphiziz radio/mix show called "Mix Methodz". DJ Morphiziz has also seen God's grace by allowing him to share his passion with other ministry/music groups as: KJ52, Todd Collins, Funky, Cross Movement, Pettidee, Urban D, Fresh Digress, Soul P, Flavor Alliance, Camp Quest, Teen Mania-Aquire The Fire, Get Motivated Seminars and American Bible Society.

Salvation is the concern that the Lord has put in Morph's heart and he strongly believes that every ear can hear the uncompromised message of the gospel.
