BIOGRAPHY

The journey for Alabaster Box began in 1998 where they formed as the worship band at Christian Community Church on the Gold Coast of Australia. Dedicated to crafting their sound, the band relentlessly worked a rugged rehearsal schedule during their first year. This proved to pay off as the next year saw Brisbane Australia's 96.5 fm crown Alabaster Box champions of their Creative Challenge competition. This garnered the band national attention and ever since their phones have been ringing off the hook.

Five years later Alabaster Box had risen to the top of their game in the Australian Christian music scene. In addition to their high demand, being a household name throughout the country also meant hitting the top spots on the charts nationwide. Coupled with an infectious live presence and a ministry-rooted purpose, this truly gave the band a hard hitting "one-two punch."

Now Alabaster Box takes a worldwide step and relocates to the United States. Target ministry areas for the band are middle/high school assemblies, community outreaches, special church service presentations, and Christian festivals.
