MATT REDMAN
10,000 Reasons (sixsteps Records) FOR FANS OF: Chris Tomlin, Kristian Stanfill, Charlie Hall QQQQ
There’s something about Matt Redman. Maybe it’s his infectious choruses. Maybe it’s his undeniable passion, or his joyous live recordings...or maybe it’s all of the above. He has given his listeners yet another outstanding album, 10,000 Reasons, and it might be his best work to date. The joy- filled “Here For You” is just the beginning, followed by the moving “Fires” and the beautiful “Where Would We Be.” Perhaps the brightest example of all is the final offering, “Endless Hallelujah,” where Redman’s vocal and songwriting prowess are simply perfect. Surely listeners will love it for all 10,000 Reasons and more.

RONNIE FREEMAN
Perfect Love (Independent) FOR FANS OF: Daniel Powter QQQQ
Ronnie Freeman’s latest album, Perfect Love, exhibits both the strong worshipful piano pop of his past on an album filled with live cuts alongside his latest creative turn
with studio single “Together.” Freeman’s vocal is pitch perfect in both settings. Perfect Love is primarily a live affair, however, and tracks like “How He Loves” and “Perfect Love” resonate stronger because of it.

God Is Able (EMI/Hillsong) FOR FANS OF: Typical Hillsong releases QQQQ
The familiar faces (and voices) of Joel Houston, Darlene Zschech, Reuben Morgan and others in the Hillsong family are all back for God Is Able, the latest
congregational gift to emerge with impactful songs both anthemic and personal. “Rise” is a slow burning opener that beautifully enfolds the assembly, while “The Lost Are Found” sings beautifully of the kingdom of God. God Is Able is another strong release in a legendary canon.
