With over twenty-five years of hit recordings, how did you whittle this ‘Greatest Hits’ down to one CD? CeCe: it was difficult because every song is special for different reasons, but i think we chose the most requested and the most radio-played to come up with our final selection. How does the music business look different now than when you first started? CeCe: i can sum that up in one word, “Web!” Have the industry changes affected your mission through the years? CeCe: not really. My mission has always been to spread God’s love through music and it still is. As a veteran, what helpful wisdom would you impart to this new generation of gospel music artists? CeCe: Make sure your personal relationship with the lord is first priority! What is your Christmas wish for 2010? CeCe: i pray that our president, our country and our world will see that the christ in christmas is the only answer to all the problems we face.
