The American Idol finalist has made plenty of impact since his famous TV appearances, launching hit singles and making a charitable impact with his considerable platform. Rise (buy) is Gokey’s first studio album since Hope In Front Of Me, which landed at No. 1 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart, and fans should expect another strong pop effort anchored by Gokey’s stellar vocal. Also watch for Jordin Sparks‘ appearance on the song “Chasing.”
